1. All appointments must be made online, email, or text message to (832)-474-4595.
2. All first time clients must pay for the service in advance before treatment.
3. Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance or you will be subject to $50 cancellation fee.
4. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled.
5. All gift certificates are only valid for services and NOT products.
6. Expired gift certificates ARE NOT accepted.
7. Refer new clients... You and New client will receive $30 referral fee.
8. Post a Review at Yahoo, City Search, Yelp or Yellow Book and receive 30% of any service.
9. Please do not bring children to your appointment.
Lash Extenstions
1. We do not accept clients who originally had full set applied elsewhere. If you still wish to book appointment with us, we will refill at price of full set.
2. All regular refill prices will depend on the time when you come in.
3. We book your next refill the same day.
** Ada's skin care does not confirm appointments. Please be responsible for making your own reminders in your calendar, note books or phones. We are very busy, doing our best to make your skin look young and beautiful and do not have the time to remind you of your appointment. Any cancellations made less then 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
